Introduction to Pole Series is 6 weeks in length, where students attend a one hour class weekly to learn the foundation of pole This perfect for beginners. The class will build from the ground up with pole basics for those individuals with no pole dance experience. The skills you learn increase upper body and core strength and create flexibility, grace and balance.
Level One Pole, students will learn more beginner spins and tricks, various grip techniques, multiple ways to climb, and more in depth transitions.
Level 1 & 2 is a mixed level class which adapts to moves for both levels
This in this class students learn the foundation of pole. It is perfect for beginners. A different foundational move is taught in this class. The skills you learn increase upper body and core strength and create flexibility, grace and balance.
Level 3 Pole
Level three Pole, students will be conditioning various inversion tricks and transitions.
