Studio Policies

What you agree to when purchasing a class(es), a party or private lesson

1. Our door is ALWAYS LOCKED and the studio observes a 10 minute late policy. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late to class/party/private lesson start time you will no longer be permitted to join class, will be considered a "late cancel" and will not be eligible for make up. No refunds or credits will be given. No exceptions.

2. We do not welcome spectators. Anyone in the class, must be a paying client. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policies

Students must cancel classes/parties/private lessons online no fewer than 12 hours prior to class/party/private lesson start time in order to keep the class credit. Cancelling with the class instructor but not online could result in loss of class/private lesson credit.-
Students who cancel classes/parties/private lessons 12 hours or less before class/lesson start time will be considered as a "late cancel" and will not be eligible for make up.
Students who no show to classes and fail to contact the studio or instructors before class/lesson start time will be considered as a "no show" and will be charged a $5 no show fee to the card on file. No credits, refunds or make up classes will be given. No exceptions. Students with the Unlimited Membership who regularly "no show" will lose their ability to purchase this membership. Regular class bookings and packages will still be available instead. Students who habitually "no show" for classes/lessons past this will be completely removed from booking privileges entirely.
For series classes, students must purchase all 8 weeks. Any series, however, that are not full may be available on a drop-in basis. Missed classes cannot be made up. No refunds.
Private lessons may only be rescheduled one time or at the instructor’s discretion.

Inclement Weather/Studio Closure

In the event of a studio closure for any reason, all students will be credited for class(es).
In the event of inclement weather, studio closures will be announced on social media pages along with messages sent out to students registered for classes/parties/private lessons.
We do not follow school closures. Cancellation policy remains in effect.
In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, parties, classes, and lessons may be rescheduled up to one year after original party/class date. Refunds will not be offered or issued.
